Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can analyse and get back to you as soon as possible.

Even though we make sure to send your order in a heat sensitive package along with gel Packs, We are not responsible for damages caused to the product caused during transit.

Refunds
As a company policy we do not provide refunds, however if you receive a damaged product/ Incorrect order & notify us within the same day of receiving the order on our number +91 9971690154 we will inspect your concern and let you know if the refund is approved or not in the next 2- 3 working days. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded (partially or fully).

For any products purchased via discount code/ offer code/ promos/ sale no refunds will be entertained and it will be considered as a non returnable sale.

Cancellations

Orders once placed, cannot be cancelled as once we receive the order we make the chocolates and dispatch it within 24 hours.
